It is with great pride and heartfelt appreciation that I introduce you to our ‘Class of 2024’ a cohort of coaches who have completed either Level 1, 2 or AATC Coach Education and have earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach.
Over the past two decades, ICA has had the privilege of training and graduating thousands of incredible coaches from around the world. Each year, I am reminded of the richness and diversity of our global community-coaches from all walks of life, professions, cultures, and backgrounds, all united by a shared commitment to making an impact through coaching.

At ICA, we do things a little differently. Perhaps the most unique aspect of our school is our whole-system approach to coach training. We believe coaching is not a one-size-fits-all approach or application. Every client is part of a broader system, and every coach brings with them a lifetime of skills, experiences, and wisdom. For that reason, our coaches graduate with their own unique Coaching Model; one that reflects their strengths, aligns with their values, and serves their client group in a way that’s both relevant and transformational.
As we celebrate this year’s graduates, we commend our coaches for their commitment to high standards and professional excellence. We thank them for being part of our vibrant, supportive, and ever-evolving coaching community. Our coaches are the heart of ICA, and this yearbook is a tribute to their growth, courage, and dedication to creating real, lasting impact through coaching.
